Math There are 2 new lessons on Think Central (same site that we used last week) **if you are having trouble with this site please let me know** Lesson 10.5 Metric Measures and 10.6 Problem Solving-Customary and Metric Conversions Also, Chapter 10 Mid-Chapter Checkpoint Language In Writing City, complete the 3 assignments on Opinion Essays www.writingcity.com Reading Read Works- Read the 2 stories that have been assigned: “Peer Pressure Power” and “A Kid in a Candy Store”. After reading each story, you must click on the tab “Question Sets” to answer the questions. Then submit the assignment. Please remember to answer questions in COMPLETE SENTENCES. Read Works has been attached to google classroom, so students can access the assignments there, or you may go to www.readworks.org and log in that way. Your log in and password are the same as google classroom. The class code for Read Works is: 3RXLBV I have also attached links for the optional, fun activities.

I didn’t separate it by days, so every student can complete the assignments in the way that works best for their family. Please WORK CAREFULLY and don’t try to complete it all at once. This means, read the lesson and complete any and all videos that are in the lesson (EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU KNOW THIS TOPIC!) Then work on a practice or 2! On Wednesday complete the assignment that will be posted in Study Island Math. On Thursday, practice in Study Island Math on Rounding Decimals (3d). This means, read the lesson and complete any and all videos that are in the lesson (EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU KNOW THIS TOPIC!) Then work on a practice or 2! On Friday, complete the assignment on Rounding Decimals that will be posted in Study Island Math.
